These Terms & Conditions serve as the legal agreement between you (“User”) and Kosh Consulting Group (Asia) Pte. Ltd (“Company”), governing your access to and use of the KOCHI platform (“Platform”). By creating an account or engaging with any Platform services, you affirm acceptance of these terms. The Platform operates from Singapore and all provisions shall be interpreted in accordance with Singapore law.
By proceeding with your engagement on the Digital Coach platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below. This agreement is effective upon electronic acceptance and will remain in effect for the duration of your platform use unless amended or terminated in accordance with platform policies.
The Digital Coach platform is designed to deliver AI-powered coaching, tracking, analytics, and professional development resources online. As a subscriber, you and your designated coachees will have access to an interactive digital coach, objectives, personalized reports, user support, and other relevant services. While the Company endeavors to maintain uninterrupted and high-quality service, features may be updated, added, or removed in response to evolving user needs, regulatory changes, or technological advancements.
Our AI-powered coaching is designed to support professional and personal development through structured, goal-oriented interactions with the AI Coach. The AI Coach leverages advanced data-driven algorithms and conversational interfaces to guide reflection, suggest strategies, and provide actionable insights. It is designed to supplement, not replace, human coaching or professional advice.
All Users commit to providing truthful and current information during registration and throughout engagement with the Platform. Account credentials are private, and users shall not share login details or allow others to access their account. You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate, non-malicious purposes and, in particular, shall not attempt to disrupt Platform operations, gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or submit content that is abusive, unlawful, or infringing upon others’ rights. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and immediately notifying the Company of any known or suspected security breaches.
Subscription fees (including any applicable Goods & Services Tax imposed by Singapore) are clearly listed on the Platform and reflect the selected pricing tier. Payment is required in advance on a monthly or annual basis, through Company-approved payment methods. All subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms. Fees are non-refundable except where the
Company fails to provide core services or where required by Singapore law. Failure to pay timely may result in suspension or termination of Platform access, with prior notice provided via registered email.
Users may cancel their subscription by submitting notice at least 14 days before the next renewal date via the Platform or official support channels. Upon cancellation or termination by either party, Platform access and account data will be deactivated on the effective termination date, except as otherwise required for legal compliance or data retention purposes. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately upon breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or other unlawful activities. The Company may also discontinue the Platform, providing reasonable advance notice to all affected users where practicable.

As an AI-powered platform, the Digital Coach collects, processes, and securely stores information shared during coaching sessions to deliver personalized guidance and improve its algorithms. While strict confidentiality protocols and encryption measures protect your data, and access is limited to authorized personnel, users should be aware that AI-driven processing necessarily involves automated data analysis and retention of session logs to tailor coaching effectively and enhance platform quality. By using the service, you consent to this data use as described in our Privacy Policy. Although the Company takes all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed given the nature of AI and cloud-based technologies, and users should avoid sharing sensitive information inappropriate for a digital environment.
All Platform content, software, and proprietary materials—including coaching modules, templates, and analytics—remain the exclusive property of Kosh Consulting Group and its licensors. Registered users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for organizational or personal professional development. You may not copy, alter, sublicense, or redistribute Platform content without Company’s written consent. Trademark, copyright, and patent rights are strictly reserved.
The Company strives to provide an effective and reliable Platform; however, the service is offered “as is” and “as available.” The Company disclaims all warranties except those expressly required by law. To the fullest extent permitted, Kosh Consulting Group is not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. Any claim arising out of the service shall be capped at the amount paid for your subscription within the preceding twelve months.
Coaching services delivered via the Platform are intended exclusively for professional development and are not substitutes for clinical, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The Company cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as coaching success depends on user engagement and extrinsic factors. Platform availability may be interrupted for maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances, and the Company will endeavour to minimize downtime.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and any disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Should any provision herein be deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms to reflect regulatory changes, platform upgrades, or business needs. Any substantive updates will be communicated through the Platform or via email, with continued use constituting acceptance of the revised Terms.
